Why should we deal with you and not prefer your biggest competitors in the business?
Chrisian believes  that the size of the company is not a full and direct reflection of its capability to provide the best and most competitive services to the client. In fact, based on previous history the purported big oufits have suffered financial setbacks by either going through reorganizations and being bought by other companies. The outsourcing business is a graveyard that is littered with these entities. Our 20 years of industry presence coupled with a lean and mean operation have allowed us to compete sucessfully in the extremely competitive outsourcing business. Our concentration on our core competency and commitment to the business gives further assurance that our clients get the best quality and value for their money.

Why do you operate in a hub and spoke setup and several geographical locations?
The hub and spoke production configuration allows us to achieve a more efficient and effective monitoring and delivery of our services. By distributing jobs into multiple locations, the problems with manpower, around the clock operation, work stoppages and resource availability are avoided or significantly reduced. Operation in several countries allows to benefit from a greater source of labor, special education/cultural skills and lower salary costs.

What is the advantage of Chrisian being an American corporation?
There is a multitude of outsources who are foreign companies and operate only on the basis of an authority to do business in the U.S. They are not U.S. corporations and as such they don't have the same risk and responsibilities to their clients. In case of project defaults, failures and other events which may bring damage to the customers, the ability to seek compensation is limited because the assets which could be used to pay  for such losses are in a foreign country.

Why do you offer only Data Coversion, Healthcare and BPO services ?
We believe in niche marketing and market specialization. Just like most successful companies' objective, we want to concentrate on our core competency. All the services that we offer are all interrelated and most tasks being done are similar across all the services being provided. In order to be competitive and be efficient in providing our services, we have to limit them to the ones that we are already experienced with, know we can do best and be a market leader.
