In 1987, Chrisian, Inc. was incorporated in the state of New York, USA. Back then, customers shipped hard copy documents (via local couriers) and its contents were manually typed into a computer, saved to a physical disk and shipped back to the client. With the advent of the Internet at the turn of the century, these processes have been simplified as most of it is done online. This company had to evolve and it did as it developed software that automated the file transfers to and from its customers. For production, most tasks were automated for more efficiency and programmatic checkers were set in place to maintain high character accuracy/quality. Up to the present, Chrisian continues to produce an annual average of 14 billion characters (e.g. equivalent to 40,000 books). These projects consists of various BPO services from its long time partners ranging from the largest legal search data providers, to the biggest media companies (magazines, books, e-Books), to major players in financial & statistical data analysis and all the way to pioneers in the field of sports indexing.
100% AMERICAN CORPORATION
Chrisian fully complies with and is subject to the laws of the United States. This means easier communications and full legal protection.
MULTIMILLION DOLLAR LIABILITY INSURANCE
Thankfully, we never had to use this option and our track record for 3 decades speaks for itself. However, it is always nice to have peace of mind in case of a worst-case scenario.
MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS
In case of natural calamities, national holidays or political turmoil, you can rest assure that our production would still continue. Our employees in both the Philippines and China are cross-trained to be able to pick-up where the other one left off and vice-versa.
MANPOWER FLEXIBILITY & CROSS-TRAINING
Our ability to quickly increase or decrease manpower, with respect to work volume, enables us to tackle volatile projects (short turnaround times, seasonal, temporary). Cross-training our employees to handle different projects ensures protection from loss of manpower and fluctuating volume.
CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAM
Similar to pilots, who are required to undergo retraining every 6 months, we apply this principle to ensure that all our employees are always at the top of their game.
The top performers per month receive monetary rewards and company acknowledgement (displayed via monitors for all to see). This serves as our appreciation to them and also an inspiration for the others to strive for.
As much as possible, most tasks are automated to promote efficiency and reduce human errors. Our software development team constantly creates and updates software to automate things like allocation & submission of projects, checking the correctness of data if it adheres to the rules or instructions and quality assurance for the required accuracy.
